NEW AGREEMENT WITH TELIA

The association has signed a new agreement with Telia. At a cost of SEK 125, compared with today’s SEK 150, we will keep the same TV package and IP telephony as today and receive broadband with a speed of 1000/1000. We will provide further information about the transition date, but it will take place during the autumn.

COMMUNITY WORK DAY, 11 OCTOBER

The autumn clean-up day is planned for Sunday 11 October. In connection with this, containers for bulky waste will be available during the weekend (9 October until the morning of 12 October).
Please note that we will clear out and dispose of items that are not stored in the correct place, such as items on top of storage units, sledges in rooms intended for wheelchairs, and items outside your own patio facing the courtyard.

BICYCLE STORAGE ROOMS

Please note that charging batteries, for example for electric bicycles, is not permitted in our basements. This is primarily due to the fire risk, but also because it constitutes unauthorised use of the association’s electricity.

It is also prohibited to store petrol- or diesel-powered mopeds in the bicycle storage rooms.

MISUSE OF RE-USE ROOM

Unfortunately, we repeatedly see that the reuse room is being used as a waste room. Items are left there that are broken, stained or completely unusable for others. We also see that when usable items are left there, they quickly disappear—in other words, someone else has found a use for them. That is exactly the purpose of the room! Please think carefully about what you leave there.

MOTHS IN BASEMENT

We would like to draw all members’ attention to the fact that moths have been found in our basement storage rooms. We therefore ask everyone to be extra attentive and check their textiles, especially scarves, blankets and other woollen or natural-fibre textiles, for signs of moths or moth eggs.

OVK AND SPRINKLER INSPECTION IN THE HIGH_RISE BUILDING

The OVK  inspection (OVK = mandated ventilation control) and sprinkler inspection at Årgångsgatan 1 will be carried out on 14–16 October. Everyone affected will receive more precise information about the time at least two weeks in advance. As usual, you need to be at home to open the door or set your lock to service mode.
